Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across India using trusted external logistics partners. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Nyāya Studio is not liable for unexpected courier-related transit delays once an order has left our facility in Chennai.
    • Shipping Options & Rates: Standard and expedited delivery timelines, along with their respective shipping fees, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
    • Shipping Fee Policy: All shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable once an order has been successfully delivered.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be accepted. Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order profile.

    •  Monochromatic Integrity Policy 
Because our collections feature pristine white and deep black garments, returns must be handled with extreme care. White garments stain easily and black garments attract lint or dust.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be sent back in flawless condition. They must be completely unused, unwashed, and entirely free of stains (including makeup, perfume, sweat, or deodorant marks), lint, pet hair, or fabric snags. All product tags must be fully attached, and items must be packed in their original protective packaging.
    • Approval Required: Do not mail packages back to our facility without written authorization. Unapproved packages sent to our warehouse will be automatically rejected.

    • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:
    • Promotional Purchases: Any products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or using specific discount events.
    • Customization: Garments that have been customized, altered, or adjusted to specific measurements.


3. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    • Reporting Window: If your garment arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing components, it must be reported to our team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after this 7-day window cannot be entertained.
    • Proof of Damage: To help us process your claim smoothly, please provide clear, close-up photographs of the issue along with a continuous, unedited unboxing video of the package.
    • Verification: Once your proof is reviewed and validated, Nyāya Studio will confirm acceptance of the return, repair, or issue a replacement within fifteen (15) days.


4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

    1. Submit Your Request: Within 7 Days.
Connect with us from your registered email address at nyayastudio.contact@gmail.com or text us on WhatsApp at +91 88077 56122. Use the subject/header line: RETURN REQUEST or EXCHANGE REQUEST along with your Order Number.
    2. Await Written Approval: 48-72 Hours.
Our team will review your request. Do not ship items back before receiving formal written validation.
    3. Pack and Dispatch: Handle with Care.
Wrap the garment carefully in its original packaging to protect white surfaces from dirt and black surfaces from lint during transit. Follow the specific return shipping or reverse-pickup instructions provided by our team via your registered email. 

5. REFUND POLICY & OPTIONS

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes our strict structural and cleanliness inspection, refunds are settled using one of the following two tracks:

Option 01: Store Credit (Recommended)
    • Processing: Issued immediately as a digital Gift Card once the item is checked into our warehouse.
    • Terms: Valid for one (1) entire year from the date of issue and redeemable across any items on www.nyayastudio.com. No bank details are required. Expired store credit cannot be reinstated.


Option 02: Bank Transfer / UPI
    • Processing: Refunded directly to your bank account or registered UPI ID within 10 working days of receiving and approving your package.
    • Details Needed: For bank transfers, we require the Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, and Branch. For UPI, a valid UPI ID must be provided.

    •  Important Financial Terms:
    • Shipping charges are completely non-refundable under all circumstances.
    • If you choose to exchange an item for a lower-value product, the remaining balance difference will be issued as Store Credit only—not cash or bank transfer.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    • Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order for a full refund anytime before it leaves our warehouse by mailing or texting our team immediately.
    • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstance.
